This nasal spray is perfectly strong enough for us; we adults use it too.Of course, only as prescribed by a doctor and only when absolutely necessary.It's fine for mild symptoms.

Because of the lower concentration of active ingredient, we only use the children's nasal spray when absolutely necessary.Once you get used to the lower concentration, it works just as well as the adult version, even for severe colds.An added benefit: it's not as harsh on the nasal mucosa.I can highly recommend it.
