The concentration of this nasal spray is completely sufficient for us; we also use it as adults. Of course, only as directed by a doctor and only if absolutely necessary. If you have mild symptoms, this is fine.

Because of the smaller amount of active ingredient, we only use the children's nasal spray if it is absolutely necessary. Once you get used to the smaller amount of active ingredient, they help even with severe colds just as well as those for adults. Advantage: The nasal mucosa is not damaged as badly.
