Xylometazolinhydrochloride 0.5 mg/ml solution

For use in children from 2 to 6 years.

This nasal spray is extremely effective and clears the nose after 5-10 minutes, even in adults. But you shouldn't use it for a long time. The children's version with 0.05% is completely sufficient for me (64 years old), the adult version with 0.1% is not necessary.
