mediBalance^® PPI

Proton pump inhibitors, which reduce the production of gastric acid, are often used to treat gastric problems, but also to improve the tolerability of medication.

Due to the associated pH shift, there can be disruptions in the absorption of micronutrients. Vitamin B12, vitamin C and D as well as folic acid and magnesium are particularly affected. As a result, an insufficient supply of these micronutrients is possible.

• Magnesium serves to maintain the electrolyte balance and is important for muscles and nerves
• Magnesium plays a role in the functioning of the psyche
• Vitamin B12, B6, folic acid and vitamin C as well as magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• Vitamin D is important for maintaining healthy bones and muscles and supports the immune system
• Vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid support normal homocysteine metabolism

Ingredients:
Magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, calcium ascorbate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), Magnesium Gluconate, Magnesium Carbonate, Ferrous Bisglycinate, Cholecalciferol, Methylcobalamin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid.

Consumption recommendation:
Consume 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.

Note: For risk groups with gastrointestinal diseases, diabetics, people over 60 years of age or Vegetarians and vegans have a separate concern when using proton pump inhibitors monitoring of vitamin B12 levels recommended. Additional therapy is required for vitamin B12 deficiency necessary.
