Norsan Omega-3 Arctic with Vitamin D3

Dietary supplement made from natural cod oil for the ideal supply of omega-3 fatty acids. The product contains high-dose cod oil from sustainable arctic wild catches and 800 IU vitamin D3. The fish oil is cleaned of heavy metals, pollutants and PCBs before bottling. It is naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids and is intended to remain as natural as possible, which is why no concentrate is used. but pure natural cod oil.

The high quality of cod oil can be recognized by the pleasant smell and taste, so there are no unpleasant belches after ingestion. Due to the liquid dosage form, the oil can be easily integrated into everyday life and easily taken e.g. B. for salad dressings or smoothies can be used. A daily dose corresponds to one tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) and contains 2000 mg omega-3 fatty acids, of which 700 mg are EPA and 1060 mg DHA.

This actually makes the skin on your face softer. I can recommend it for anyone who has dry skin. Caution: I also supplemented with more vitamin D and the obligatory vitamin K to avoid an excess of calcium in the soft tissue.
