Area of application

Norsan Omega-3 Fish for Children liquid (pack size: 150 ml) consists of cod oil (rich in DHA) and fish oil (rich in EPA). The fish oils contained are from sustainable fisheries (wild catch) and are produced in Norway and gently purified from PCBs and heavy metals. One teaspoon (5 ml) contains 1120 mg of omega-3 (EPA and DHA). The taste of Norsan Omega-3 Fish for Children liquid (pack size: 150 ml) is rounded off with a fruity note by the natural orange oil.

Ingredients of Norsan Omega-3 Fish for Children Liquid (Pack size: 150 ml):

Natural fishoil (40%), natural cod oil (40%), olive oil (19.9%), orange oil, mixed and d-α-tocopherols.

Contraindications

This product should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the above ingredients.

Dosage

Recommended intake of Norsan Omega-3 Fish for Children liquid (pack size: 150 ml):

The daily dosage varies depending on the child's body weight:

Up to 9 kg: 2.5 ml daily (approx. 1/2 teaspoon); contains 515 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.
9-17 kg: 5 ml daily (approx. 1 teaspoon); contains 1,030 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.
17-35 kg: 9 ml daily (approx. 1 tablespoon); contains 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.

Under 2 years:
As a complementary food oil: Every 2nd month. 2.5 ml (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) per day; contains 515 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.
Breast milk: Daily supplementation via the mother (approx. 1 tablespoon); contains 2000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.

Notes

Protect the unopened product from direct sunlight and store it in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, the product should be refrigerated. Keep out of reach of small children.
Shake the bottle before consumption. Please note that crystals may form at temperatures below 4°C. These will dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature.
Consume the opened bottle within 45 days.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
