How are OMNi-BiOTiC^® REISE Direct Sticks used?
It is recommended to take one direct stick of OMNi-BiOTiC^® REISE (= 1.2 g) daily a few days before your trip. To do so, open the stick at the mark and allow the contents to dissolve directly on your tongue without water. Continue this procedure throughout your trip. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach if possible.

OMNi-BiOTiC^® REISE Direct Sticks contain small amounts of various dietary fibers, such as fructooligosaccharides (FOS), which serve as specific food for the bacteria. One stick contains less than 0.05 g of fructooligosaccharides, which corresponds to the fructose content of approximately 1 g of apple.
