This product consists primarily of psyllium husks.It also contains lactase, galactosidase, and sucralose as sweeteners, coloring, and artificial flavoring.You can't tell it's supposed to be plum.It's simply artificial and disgustingly sweet.I found it difficult to drink, especially since lumps remained despite careful stirring.If you stubbornly continue stirring, the liquid quickly thickens to a jelly-like consistency, an effect of the psyllium husks.I would stick to consuming psyllium husks in yogurt or yogurt alternatives.This product did not impress me.
