Instructions for use of Onligol Macrogol 4000 from the container
The enclosed measuring spoon allows for individual dosing of the powder.Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the following recommended initial dosage applies to adults and children weighing 20 kg or more (approximately 11 years and older):¹

Stir the recommended amount of Onligol Macrogol 4000 into at least 150 ml of a cold or hot liquid – suitable liquids include tea, milk, broth, or juices.Drink the prepared solution immediately, preferably between meals, to best support the effect.

Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 30 grams (3 sachets)!

Important for parents: Onligol Macrogol 4000 is reimbursable for children between 6 months and 16 years of age under certain conditions :
• between 2 and 11 years of age for constipation
• between 12 and 16 years of age only for certain conditions such as tumors, megacolon (except toxic megacolon), diverticulosis, diverticulitis, cystic fibrosis, neurologically induced bowel paralysis, phosphate-binding medication for chronic renal failure, opiate or opioid treatment, and in the terminal phase
• in adolescents with developmental disorders aged 12 to 16 years with constipation

What undesirable side effects can occur?
