Unfortunately, it's just dream kernel meal and not the actual effective oil extract!Even though other suppliers use this term, it's misleading, and the effect of the meal compared to the oil extract is negligible and not worth the price!

They are easy to swallow, and OPC capsules improve my concentration and performance.However, I haven't tried them with Vitamin C before.Vitamin C is supposed to further support and enhance the effect.
