Instructions for use for OPRACLEAN Gauze bandage for tampon with Jodoform 2 cmx5 m, 1 piece
Opraclean dressing materials support wound cleaning by absorbing wound exudate, cell debris and bacteria.
Even deep wound pockets and wound cavities can be easily packed with Opraclean.
At the same time, the dressing materials impregnated with iodoform have an antimicrobial effect*.
In contact with the wound secretion, iodoform decomposes and continuously releases small amounts of iodine from the dressing material. Another advantage: pathogen resistance to iodine is not known.
*Antimicrobial and antifungal activity confirmed for Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia and Candida albicans based on in vitro studies

100% Cotton (muslin) impregnated with iodoform
Areas of application
