Meal replacement for a weight control diet. With sugars and sweeteners

Dosage and application:
Replace one or two main meals a day with one OPTIFAST^® bar each (1 bar = 1 main meal). Drink 1-2 glasses of water with each bar.

Die Riegel sind sehr gesund und hilfreich, allerdings ist der Geschmack leider nicht wirklich etwas für mich. Schokolade und Cappuccino finde ich viel besser!
