OPTIFAST cereal bars

Meal replacement for a weight control diet. With sugars and sweeteners.

Ingredients:
Soy crispies (soy protein isolate, tapioca starch, salt), humectants (sorbitol, glycerin), soy protein isolate, roasted Soy kernels, fiber (polydextrose), oat flakes (7%), maltodextrin, minerals (potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, Sodium phosphate, Sodium citrate, Magnesium carbonate, Magnesium phosphate, Calcium phosphate, Copper sulfate, Ferrous pyrophosphate, Potassium Iodate, Sodium Selenate, Zinc Oxide, Manganese Sulfate), Fructose-Glucose Syrup, Sweetened, Dried Cranberries (4%) [Cranberries, Zucker, Sonnenblumenöl], rapeseed oil, vitamins (C, E, niacin, A, pantothenic acid, biotin, B12, Folic Acid, D, B6, Riboflavin, K, Thiamin), Sweeteners (E955, E950), Flavouring, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin). DOSAGE AND APPLICATION:
Replace one or two main meals with one OPTIFAST® bar each day (1 bar = 1 main meal). Drink 1-2 glasses of water with each bar.

Compared to other Optifast products, the cereal bar tastes very tasty. So far it has served its purpose, no cravings, but perseverance is required. After 5 weeks, 9 kilos are down.
