OPTIFAST^® is a meal replacement for weight control Nutrition or part of a daily ration for weight control diet.

The aim of the OPTIFAST^® CONCEPTS is a Weight loss through the long-term Lifestyle change with more exercise low-calorie, home-cooked meals and newly learned behavior patterns.

Combine the 6-week OPTIFAST^® CONCEPTS the triad of behavioral strategies and nutritional knowledge and movement plans with the proven OPTIFAST^® products.

Preparation:
1. The contents of one sachet in 200 ml of warm water (max. 50°C).
2. Mix with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. The product should be direct eaten after preparation. Discard heated leftovers.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE:
Meal replacement for a weight control diet:
Replace one or two main meals daily with one Sachet OPTIFAST^® (1 Sachet= 1 main meal). Substituting a meal replacement for one of the main meals of the day in a low-calorie diet will help maintain weight after weight loss. Replacing two of the daily main meals of a low-calorie diet with such a meal replacement contributes to weight loss. Important notes: It is important to have a balanced and varied diet as part of an active and healthy lifestyle. The OPTIFAST^® products only fulfill their intended purpose as part of a low-calorie diet; other foods must be part of this diet.

Daily ration for weight control diet:
When used as a daily ration for weight control nutrition (4 sachets/day), the OPTIFAST^® products provide adequate amounts of all the essential nutrients for the day. Make sure you drink enough fluids. We recommend at least Drink 2 liters per day of a no or reduced calorie beverage. If all daily meals are replaced by OPTIFAST^® , OPTIFAST^® may not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Suitability for young people only after consultation with the attending physician.

Store cool and dry. Cover the prepared product tightly and consume within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
