For years I've been taking Orthomol Immun granules sachets to stabilize my immune system when I have a cold.When the immune system is strong, colds have little to no chance.This treats the root cause, not just individual symptoms.I recommend taking them preventively twice a year (late autumn and January/February).

Immune deficiencies are compensated for.I take it regularly to alleviate my symptoms, as I also suffer from COPD with recurrent respiratory infections and body aches and pains.

Tolerance and taste are good.The granules are better than the bottles in my opinion, as my tongue reacted somewhat to the concentrated solution after a few days.The effectiveness is difficult to assess.I alternate between this and Esberitox Compact (for infections).My GP said that using both at the same time would be too much of a good thing

Due to illness, I have difficulty absorbing minerals and vitamins, and I get along very well with Orthomol Immun, which allows me to compensate for deficiencies with excellent tolerability.

This molecular vitamin product is a bit expensive, but it's ideal after surgery, during cold and flu season, and in cases of malnutrition.My doctor also recommends it.
