Orthomol Nemuri night is a dietary supplement. With lemon balm extract, hop extract, glycine and L-tryptophan. * Contains melatonin to help reduce sleep time.

I used the tea for the first time to regulate my slightly shifted day/night rhythm. Now I sometimes drink it when I can't fall asleep. It's easy to prepare, the tea tastes good and the effect is soothing because it lets you sleep through the night and wake up refreshed.
