It's obviously not as effective as a decongestant nasal spray, but it moisturizes the nasal mucous membranes wonderfully, and the eucalyptus content creates a fresh feeling in the nose!When I try to wean myself off nasal spray after prolonged overuse, I only use the decongestant spray in one nostril, and the other nostril gets this seawater spray for about ten days. Then one nostril is weaned off it, and I do the same with the other. - My doctor advised me this back then because I suffer from a lot of colds.

It naturally helps with mild or chronic rhinitis, minor allergies, and sinusitis.We've experienced no side effects whatsoever.We've been using this spray exclusively for years.Caution: It likely won't be very effective for severe allergies or sinusitis.

Nasal spray without the risk of addiction!Since I tend to become "dependent" on regular nasal sprays during a cold, I was looking for an alternative that naturally decongests without creating a vicious cycle!This nasal spray works great!Sure, the decongestant effect takes a little while to fully develop, but the mucous membrane doesn't swell excessively afterward, like with typical sprays.The eucalyptus oil makes breathing easier, and it also soothes the nose.I'm very satisfied!
