I didn't receive the product I ordered, but a different tube containing what I ordered was a cream. Instead, I received an emulsion that is much thinner, and my client, for whom I ordered it, was not at all happy about it. Since I couldn't get anywhere with you and have to pay for the return shipping myself, I don't find that customer-friendly, and we won't be ordering from you again. Sincerely, K. Grothe
