I've been using this product for two months now.At first, I was skeptical because it's more expensive than my old heat protectant spray from Rossmann.I have fine hair that's a little longer than shoulder-length and I have to wash it every day.The ends of my hair tend to get very dry, while my scalp gets greasy quickly.The spray is more like a cream, a balm.I massage it into the lengths of my hair, which I then dry with a towel.About five to six pumps are enough for me.My bottle is about 25 percent used, so it's quite economical.However, I wasn't expecting miracles.Without regular treatments and hair masks, this product won't do much.It's simply meant to provide extra support without weighing the hair down.I will definitely buy it again..
