Mode of action

Plenvu plv.Z.Herst. A solution to take (pack size: 1 pc) is a powder for the production of a intestinal flushing solution.

The first dose consists of a bag and tastes of mango. The second dose consists of two bags and tastes of fruit punch. When the powder is dissolved and drunk in water, it rinses the intestine clean.
The desired effect of Plenvu Plv.Z.Herst. A solution to take (pack size: 1 pc) is aqueous bowel movement. This achieves efficient intestinal cleaning. This is the best condition for successful colonoscopy and a secure diagnosis.

100 g Macrogol 3350
9 g sodium sulfate
2 g sodium chloride
1 g potassium chloride
The 500 ml solution of the dose 1 shows the following electrolyte concentrations:
Sodium 160.9 mmol/500 ml
Sulfate 63.4 mmol/500 ml
Chloride 47.6 mmol/500 ml
Potassium 13.3 mmol/500 ml
Dose 1 also contains 0.79 g sucralose (E955).

Dose 2 (bag A and B):

40 g Macrogol 3350
3.2 g sodium chloride
1.2 g potassium chloride


Bag B:
48.11 g sodium ascorbate
7.54 g of ascorbic acid
The 500 ml solution of the dose 2 (prepared from bags A and b) shows the following electrolyte concentrations:
Sodium 297.6 mmol/500 ml
Ascorbat 285.7 mmol/500 ml
Chloride 70.9 mmol/500 ml
Potassium 16.1 mmol/500 ml
Other components with a known effect dose 2 (bags A) also contains 0.88 g aspartam (E951).

The other components are: Capsized citronic acid contains citronic acid (E330) and Maltodextrin (E1400); Mango-aroma contains glycerol (E422), aroma preparations, Arabic rubber (E414), Maltodextrin (E1400) and natural identical aroma substances; Fruit punch aroma contains aroma preparations, Arab rubber (E414), Maltodextrin (E1400) and natural identical aroma substances

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken,
  • if you are allergic (hypersensitive) against the active ingredients or one of the other components of this medicine.
  • if you have a blockade (obstruction) in the digestive tract.
  • if you have a breakthrough (perforation) in the wall of the digestive tract.
  • if you suffer from an intestinal obstruction (ileus).
  • if you suffer from a disturbance of gastric emptying (e.g. gastroparesis, stomach retention).
  • if you suffer from glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
  • if you suffer from an acute colon expansion (toxic megacolon).

dosage

• Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

 

• If you have taken a larger amount of laxatives than you should
  • If you use the preparation before or after taking other laxatives, you can get very strong diarrhea, which can lead to an drying out of the body. Take large amounts of liquid. If you are worried, contact your doctor or go to the emergency room of the nearest sick personenhauses.

 

• If you have forgotten the intake
  • If you have forgotten taking it, get it as soon as you notice and contact your doctor, pharmacist before the clinical examination.

Taking

• Read the package insert carefully before taking this preparation. You must know:
  • when the preparation is taken;
  • how the preparation is prepared;
  • how the preparation is drunk;
  • what effects can be expected.
• When the preparation is taken
  • The application must be completed before the clinical measure.
  • The application can be taken as a shared gift as described below:
    • Take to two days
      • The dose 1 is taken in the evening before the clinical examination (around 6 p.m.) and Dose 2 in the early morning of the examination day (approx. 6 a.m.), or or
    • Take only in the morning/morning of the study day
      • Dose 1 and dose 2 are taken on the morning of the examination day (dose 1 approx. 5 a.m.). The distance between dose 1 and dose 2 should be at least one hour, or should be
    • Dosage the day before

• How dose 1 is drunk
  • 1. Drink dose 1 within 30 minutes. Try to drink a glass of it every 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 2. In the 30 minutes later, drink another 500 ml of clear liquid. Water, clear soup, diluted syrup/clear fruit juices (without pulp), herbal tea, black tea or coffee (without milk) are suitable.
• How dose 2 is prepared

• How dose 2 is drunk
  • 1. Prepare 500 ml dose-2 solution at the prescribed time (based on the recommended income scheme) and drink it within 30 minutes.
  • 2. In the 30 minutes later, drink another 500 ml of clear liquid.
• Before, during and after taking, you can drink additional clear liquids, but have to stop drinking 1 - 2 hours before the clinical examination. Drinking clear liquids helps to avoid drying out (dehydration) of the body.
• What effects can be expected in the application
  • As soon as you start taking it, you should be near a toilet. A watery bowel movement will soon be used. This is quite normal and points out that the solution works. Before the first bowel movement, the gastrointestinal area can be bloated.
  • If you follow these instructions, your intestine is cleaned and you help to ensure that the examination can be carried out successfully. Please plan enough time for your intestinal mirroring after the bowel movement has subsided.
