Absolutely TOP! Blueberries are incredibly healthy and an important antioxidant. Unfortunately, since I am not allowed to eat any fruit (I have an intolerance), these capsules are ideal because they are fructose-free. I've been taking it for a while and can only notice positive effects. So I can recommend these capsules.
