Refigura Pro has exceeded my expectations, as weight loss is progressing better than anticipated, or rather, better than with previous diets without Refigura.However, to achieve good results, a regular diet should still be followed, because Refigura is a very good support but not a miracle cure.

This product is very effective for weight loss.However, it only helps with weight loss!To maintain the weight after stopping the product, you have to change your eating and exercise habits. Personally, this wasn't too difficult for me, because... I took the product for about 8 months – until I reached my goal weight! I started the aforementioned changes gradually during the last two months of taking it... the successful weight loss motivated me to definitely maintain my achieved goal weight – I'm not going to let any weight gain happen again! To be clear: This stuff isn't a magic bullet! Conclusion: Refigura is a good starting point for those who want to get rid of their excess weight first... what comes "afterwards" is something everyone has to decide for themselves.
