Contradictions

I've been struggling with a very painful anal fissure for several weeks now and have tried all sorts of ointments and creams, including a diltiazem-lidocaine ointment prescribed by my doctor.I eat plenty of fiber and take Magrocol to keep my stools soft.I also carefully use an anal dilator to loosen the cramped sphincter muscle.Unfortunately, there hasn't been any significant improvement so far. A week ago, based on the positive reviews, I bought Retterspitz wound and healing ointment. I can hardly believe it.After just a few days, I have significantly less pain.Of course, I can't say for sure whether this is solely due to the Retterspitz ointment.Perhaps the previous treatment had already had a positive effect.However, the Retterspitz ointment seems to be the only one that has a disinfectant and bactericidal effect due to the thymol it contains, which could be crucial for healing an anal wound.

For itching and burning in the anal area, I always use Retterspitz ointment immediately. It provides instant relief and the discomfort is quickly forgotten. A complete success!I can only recommend it to everyone. I also use the ointment very often on my face to heal blemishes and pimples. The inflammation heals much faster this way
