Contradictions

The doctor prescribed an ointment that still didn't help after 3 weeks of use and I had excruciating pain every time I had a bowel movement. I accidentally found the RETTERSPITZ ointment and after about 3 days the swelling in the anus went away and the pain disappeared. Finally no longer afraid of going to the toilet and I was spared the threat of surgery from the doctor. Thank you for this great product!

I've been struggling with a very painful anal fissure for a few weeks now and have tried all sorts of ointments and creams, including a diltiazem-lidocaine ointment prescribed by the doctor. I eat a lot of fiber and take Magrocol to keep my stool soft. I also carefully use an anal dilator to loosen the tight sphincter. Unfortunately, there has been no significant improvement so far. A week ago I got the Retterspitz wound and healing ointment due to the positive reviews. I can hardly believe it. After just a few days I have significantly less pain. Of course I can't judge whether this is just because of the Retterspitz ointment. Maybe the previous treatment already had a positive effect. However, Retterspitz's ointment seems to be the only one that has a disinfectant and bactericidal effect due to the thymol it contains, which could be crucial for healing a wound on the anus.
