RHODIOLA-INTERCELL capsules, 60 pcs

I've been taking these capsules for quite some time now.After a long search for the causes of my chronic fatigue, mood swings, and burnout-like symptoms, I had an HPU test, which came back clearly positive. As a result, I was recommended B-Life Protect from Heidelberg Chlorella.This had a lasting positive effect.I received the Rhodiola from Intercell as a free sample at a naturopathic medicine trade fair.I started with two capsules a day and immediately noticed a difference, especially in my mood and tension levels.Since then, I've been much more relaxed and in a better mood, which is much more in line with my nature ;-) Because the Rhodiola contains B vitamins, I was also able to reduce my B-Life Protect dosage.I've now managed to reduce both to one capsule a day each, but I still notice a difference if I forget or order them late.I can recommend it to anyone with HPU, and also to those suffering from fatigue, exhaustion, and nervous disorders.In my opinion, it can't hurt.I personally noticed a difference relatively quickly (within the first few days).

I bought this product on the recommendation of a colleague, but unfortunately I didn't notice any effect.It worked well for my colleague.I won't be buying it again.
