Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken,
  • if you are allergic to Simeticon or one of the other components of this drug.

dosage

• Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
  • In the case of gas-related gastrointestinal complaints, e.g. B. flatulence, feeling of fullness
    • Infants and bottle children:
      • 15 Drops (0.6 ml) are added to each vial.
      • The preparation easily mixes with other liquids, e.g. B. with milk.
      • In infants that are breastfed, the preparation can also be administered with a small spoon before breastfeeding.
    • Small children:
      • 15 Drops (0.6 ml) are taken from small children or after meals.
      • If necessary, 15 drops can also be taken before going to bed.
    • The following dose recommendations apply to school children and adults for the treatment of flatulence and fullness:
      • School children: 20 to 30 drops (0.8 to 1.2 ml)
      • Adults: 30 to 45 drops (1.2 to 1.8 ml)
      • This dose is to be taken every 4 to 6 hours and can be increased if necessary.
  • X -ray examinations
    • To prepare an X -ray examination, 3 to 6 teaspoons (15 to 30 ml) should be taken on the evening before.
