It was recommended to me to replenish my electrolytes.I took it during a bout of gastroenteritis and it actually did make me feel better.So it does its job, and that's all it's supposed to do.I now always keep it at home, just in case.

Everything's great!It does what it's supposed to, replenishes the electrolytes lost through the flu, and thus contributed to my faster recovery.I didn't experience any side effects either.It also helps with other types of dehydration.

My wife is currently pregnant and often suffers from severe nausea and vomiting.She uses Saltadol to immediately replenish her electrolytes when I vomit.We would never have thought of it ourselves, but our doctor warned her that it could be dangerous.Saltadol helps prevent potential harm to her or the baby.However, if she vomits frequently, it still doesn't eliminate the need for a doctor's visit.If she vomits more than five times in a day, we always go to the doctor to be on the safe side!
