Aurica yarrow tea is recommended due to the valuable ingredients of the yarrow to stimulate appetite and relieve cramps in the abdomen. Tea preparations made of yarrow herb are traditionally used in the event of loss of appetite and slight cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints. Outside, in the form of bathrooms and envelopes or rinsing, yarrow tea is also the ideal natural help in the case of convulsive, functional lower abdominal complaints and inflammatory diseases of the skin.

Dosage instructions and type of application: Unless otherwise prescribed, 3 times a day for appetite stimulation is drunk half an hour before meals, in the case of digestive complaints according to meals, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows: 1 teaspoon of yarrow herb (approx. 1.5 g ) Pour over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and let it steep for 10 - 15 minutes.

Note: A doctor should be consulted for complaints that last for more than 1 week or return periodically.

Contraindies: hypersensitivity to the yarrow and other basket blooms, e.g. Arnica, chamomile, marigold.
There are no sufficient examinations for the use of yarrow herb during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as complicit under the age of 12. Preparations from SHOWBARBWRART should therefore not be used by this group of people.
