I did the fruity juice cleanse for the first time in September 2016 with the goal of detoxification.I felt wonderful and fit during the cleanse; the juice mix tastes great, and the recipes are excellent and easy to prepare.Since I've been consciously eating a vegetarian and whole-food diet for years, giving up sugar, white flour, meat, fast food, etc., wasn't difficult.Nevertheless, the effect of the cleanse was: a very good feeling in my body!For those who want to change their diet in the long term, this cleanse is an ideal starting point.Thanks to Schoenenberger, a wonderful company (teas, etc.)

The fruity juice tastes good as a base for the plant juices.I experienced all the side effects listed in the package inserts for artichoke and nettle.I stopped the treatment; after suffering from severe gastrointestinal problems, I also lost some weight.I wouldn't buy these juices again.One shouldn't underestimate the side effects of herbal remedies.
