I've always used the Seni Man regular incontinence pads; the Extra version is a bit wider, longer, and thicker.It's nice that it's more dimensionally stable than the regular version and therefore more comfortable to wear.It's also very soft and therefore gentle on the skin.Although the regular version would be sufficient, I'll prefer the Extra because of its superior comfort.A great product at a fair price!
