applying it twice a week in the evening (after exercise) is perfectly sufficient.More than that will only irritate the skin.It effectively reduces sweating (wetness).It has a neutral isopropanol (alcohol) scent that dissipates quickly.

I do a lot of sports and am incredibly sensitive to temperature.When I do something, I really go for it.I've tried a lot of things and have always been disappointed.But this... WOW!It works against heat and stress-related sweating. Even though it's a bit tricky to apply.You have to apply it three times over cleansed skin, then rub it in with your fingertips.Let it dry completely.It sometimes itches quite a bit, especially if I go straight to bed afterward.That's why you should apply it two or three hours beforehand. Sometimes I've even washed it off and then applied it in the morning after showering.It works great...

Seven Days is simply amazing, I never thought a deodorant like this even existed!No more sweat on my arms, no more stains on my blouse.Every normal deodorant can't compare.Even when I'm exercising, I sweat everywhere except under my arms.I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to get rid of excessive sweating.
