Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, drink a cup of tea infusion or cold extracts up to 4 times a day.

Tea infusion: 10 to 15 minutes; Cold extract: for several hours, then heat

I drink this tea when I have a bladder infection.It doesn't taste great, but it's supposed to help, not primarily taste good.You get used to it eventually.I definitely have the impression that it helps with bladder infections, even though you probably shouldn't drink it too often.I usually try to drink this tea at the first sign of a bladder infection. This significantly lessens the severity of the infection.
