Sidroga^® Bio pregnancy tea,
Herbal tea mixture

Ingredients:
Lemon grass, lemon balm leaves, peppermint leaves, chamomile, carrots, red Betet, ginger root, All ingredients used come from controlled organic cultivation.

Nutritional value:
Seat value below 50 kJ (12 kcal) in 100 ml and per serving (150ml)

Preparation:
1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). With boiling water Pour in, let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Squeeze out the bag weakly And take out.

Recommended amount of drinking:
1-2 cups distributed throughout the day.

According to the ingredient list, this tea contains licorice root and is therefore NOT SUITABLE for pregnant women.It also contains raspberry leaves, which should only be consumed after the 35th week of pregnancy.This is not a suitable tea for pregnant women!

To me, the tea had very little flavor.And I didn't notice any benefit during pregnancy.

I always feel a little unsure about which tea to choose now that I'm pregnant.With this tea, I can be sure that the herbs have been specially selected for pregnant women.The tea is very easy on the stomach.
