Indications
The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures.
These include: inflammation of the ear, nose, and throat and the paranasal sinuses (sinusitis).

Dosage instructions, method and duration of administration

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older:
For acute conditions, dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth no more than 6 times daily. For chronic conditions, dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth 1 to 3 times daily. The tablets can also be swallowed or dissolved in water.

Children 6 to under 12 years:
This age group should not receive more than two-thirds of the adult dose per day. To do this, 1 tablet is dissolved in 6 teaspoons of water and 4 teaspoons of this dose are administered. This dose can be repeated up to 6 times daily in acute cases. In chronic cases, the dose is taken 1 to 3 times daily.

Infants under 6 years of age:
This age group should not receive more than half the adult dose per day. To do this, 1 tablet is dissolved in 6 teaspoons of water and 3 teaspoons of this dose are administered. This dose can be repeated up to 6 times daily in acute cases. In chronic cases, the dose is taken 1 to 3 times daily.

Infants in the first year of life:
This age group should not receive more than one-third of the adult dose per day after consultation with a doctor. To do this, 1 tablet is dissolved in 6 teaspoons of water and 2 teaspoons of this dose are administered. This dose can be repeated up to 6 times daily for acute conditions. For chronic cases, the dose is taken 1 to 3 times daily. The remaining solution should be discarded. Use for self-medication/self-treatment for more than one week should only be undertaken after consultation with a doctor or alternative practitioner experienced in homeopathy. If symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced. If symptoms persist for more than 14 days, a doctor should be consulted. Homeopathic medicines should also not be used for long periods of time without medical advice. Duration of use
