Dietary supplement with spermidine
The vitality of our cells is not only dependent on essential micro-
dependent on nutrients that we regularly supply our body with a healthy diet. Substances that our body can produce itself, such as spermidine, are also important for this. With increasing age, however, the body's own production of spermidine decreases.
The biogenic polyamine spermidine is found in all living organisms and is closely related to cell growth. Peas, nuts, mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, hard cheese and soy products, for example, contain relatively high amounts of spermidine and are becoming increasingly popular in Germany. Spermidine Köhler® contains an extract from GMO-free soybeans from European cultivation and enables a supplementary supply of spermidine in a simple and safe way. Since soybean extract has a relatively high natural proportion of spermidine compared to other plant sources, just 1 capsule of Spermidine Köhler® supplies the body with 1 mg of spermidine.
In recent years, nutritionists have discovered that when the metabolism accelerates, the amount of spermidine in the body increases, but when it slows down, the production of spermidine decreases.
In addition, nutritional medicine is currently focusing its research on other interesting projects with spermidine.
Amount of nutrients per day:
1 capsule contains
500 mg soybean extract with 1 mg spermidine.
Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal and some water.

the capsules were recommended to me by a very good friend who is a pharmacist, and after consulting my family doctor, I've been taking them for a few months now.They come in three pack sizes; I don't find the two-month pack to be the best.
