Field of use

• Medicines are intended for use on the skin (dermatic).
• The medicine is used for skin diseases associated with inflammation, moisture and itching. Due to the dosage form, the drug is particularly suitable for symptomatic treatment of acute, inflammatory, oozing and itchy skin diseases on difficult to access skin (e.g. in body folds and in the anal and genital area) and for supporting treatments in diaper dermatitis and excessive welding secretion (hyperhidrosis ).

The medicine is used for skin diseases that are associated with inflammation, moisture and itching. It is used as a bathing additive and is particularly suitable for symptomatic treatment of acute, inflammatory, oozing and itchy skin diseases that are difficult to access.

Tannolact 40% bath additive can (pack size: 150 g) contains:

4 g phenolsulfonic acid phenol urea formaldehyde condensate, sodium salt
Calcium dilactate 5-water auxiliary material (+)
Sodium sulfate, water -free auxiliary substance (+)

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used
  • if they are hypersensitive (allergic) compared to the drug's effective component or one of the other components.
  • The medicine must not be applied to the eye.
  • Due to the load on the circulation, you are not allowed to take a full bath in the event of severe cardiovascular and circulatory disease, high blood pressure, febrile diseases and tuberculosis.

dosage

• Always apply the medicine exactly according to the instruction. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
  • Full baths (in adults):
    • 30 g to approx. 150 l water (= 3 serving bag or 3 spoons)
  • Full baths (in children):
    • 5 g to approx. 25 l water (= 1/2 portion bag or 1/2 spoon)
  • Seat baths:
    • 10 g to approx. 25 l of water (= 1 serving bag or 1 spoon)
  • Partial baths (hand, arm, leg or foot baths):
    • 5 g to approx. 10 l of water (= 1/2 portion bag or 1/2 spoon)
  • Moist envelopes, washes and cold compresses:
    • 5 g to approx. 5 l water (= 1/2 portion bag or 1/2 spoon)
  • In the case of high acute inflamed skin, which reacts with pain and burning slightly, a reduction in the drug concentration is recommended:
    • 2.5 g to approx. 5 l water (corresponds to a painted teaspoon or 1/4 spoon).

 

• The duration of the treatment depends on the clinical image of skin disease and is generally between 3 and 14 days. In the case of longer existing diseases, the medicine can also be used for long -term application. The duration of the usage will be decided by the medicating doctor. Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have used a larger amount than you should
  • After accidentallyit should first be drunk water. Then the doctor has to be consulted, who decides on the other therapy measures.

Taking

• For use, the required amount is dissolved in cold or warm water (32 ° C - 35 ° C). To resolve the drug faster, it is advisable to add the required amount to the beam of the incoming water and then distribute them by hand.
• The effectiveness is impaired in the presence of alkaline soaps, so soap should not be used at the same time during the bath.
• The plastic buckets that are common in the household are suitable as a clue to the measurement of the water volume, which usually hold about 10 liters. Suitable bowl inserts for the toilet are available in every good medical supply store.

• Special care in the application is required,
  • for major skin injuries and acute skin diseases. Talk to your doctor before application.
  • the drug has an eye -catching effect. Make sure that the medicine does not get in the eye.
  • if the drug, especially undiluted, has accidentally came into contact with the eyes. Rinse your eyes immediately, for a period of about 10 minutes under running water and then search for an ophthalmologist.

Pregnancy
