Field of use:
For therapy-accompanying care for acne, eczema, herpes and cold sores, insect bites, muscle and joint problems, neurodermatitis, periodontal disease, psoriasis, burns, warts, soreness, gum problems, impure and inflammation-prone skin, itchy and flaky scalp, nail and nail bed problems hands and feet, dry and chapped lips, bad breath.

Application:
Skin care:
For blackheads and pimples, apply undiluted to the affected areas with a cotton swab 1-2 times a day and 1x in the evening.
For scaly, impure scalp and very greasy hair, add 4-6 drops to the dosed amount of shampoo before washing your hair. Massage everything vigorously and wait 2 - 3 minutes, then rinse well.
For dry, rough, cracked and irritated skin, mix 15 - 20 drops with 100 ml skin oil.
Also for soothing massages.
Mix 20 - 30 drops with 100 ml bath oil for soothing baths with skin problems. 2 tablespoons are enough for a full bath, less for partial baths. For skin problems on the feet: clean the feet thoroughly and apply tea tree oil pure between the toes and on the affected areas of the skin with a cotton swab. In addition, foot baths of the previous bath oil mixture are recommended. If necessary, apply pure tea tree oil to the toenails and let it soak in.

Mouth and throat care:

Put 1 drop of tea tree oil on the toothbrush together with the toothpaste and brush your teeth. In case of gum problems, apply undiluted with a cotton swab.
For mouthwashes and gargling, add 1 - 3 drops of tea tree oil to the mouthwash. (Do not swallow, pure essential oil - not suitable for ingestion)
In the cold and wet season:
Regular full baths with the bath oil mixture described above are recommended for health care.

For the fragrance lamp:
3 - 4 Drops of tea tree oil in a bowl filled with water has a disinfecting and air-purifying effect.
Combine with 5 - 8 drops of Bergland weather protection oil in winter or on cool evenings.

Recommendation:
Common dilution media are fatty vegetable oils and ethanol, as well as basic products, e.g. B. fragrance-free skin creams and lotions. Can be combined with all Bergland essential oils and mixtures thereof.

Do not get in eyes or on mucous membranes.
