Thermacare itself is very good. Unfortunately the plaster doesn't stick for long for me. It slips after a short time depending on how you move. The company would have to come up with something here. For the price it should definitely be better.

If you want to get rid of tense muscles without medication, you should get these plasters. I am super excited and am now more than convinced of the effect! Also stays on the skin without any problems. If someone writes that the patches don't last, it may be because they should be applied to "clean, oil-free" skin. Just wash it ;-)
