Dietary supplement with reduced Q10

Protection against oxidative stress – ubiquinol
Ubiquinol is a reduced form of the coenzyme Q10, which is an active antioxidant. The coenzyme Q10 contained in the blood plasma normally consists of about 95% ubiquinol. The proportion of ubiquinone is only about 5%. Ubiquinol is one of the most powerful antioxidants available to the body and protects the body's cells from free radicals and thus damage caused by oxidative stress.

But above all, ubiquinol plays a central role in the mitochondria in converting energy from carbohydrates, fats and proteins into cell energy. Since the body can produce less and less Q10 with increasing age and is also less able to convert it into ubiquinol, it can be helpful to supply the body with additional ubiquinol.
