VIGANTOLVIT 4000 IU is a daily dietary supplement for adults of old age. It provides the body with a high daily dose of vitamin D - 4000 IU (100mcg) in each tablet. The pack contains 60 tablets. Suitable for vegetarians, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, gluten-free, lactose-free, contains no pork-derived ingredients and is non-GMO.

Instructions for use: Adults: ½ tablet per day or 1 tablet every 2 days. Elderly people: 1 tablet per day. Adults with an increased vitamin D requirement: 1 tablet per day.

Take with sufficient liquid, with a meal.

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has set the maximum daily vitamin D intake for adults at 4000 I. E. (100mcg) fixed. This amount should not be exceeded. This maximum daily dose refers to the intake of vitamin D from all sources.

This product was provided to me by ForMe for testing purposes.Since I always suffer from a vitamin D deficiency, I like using these tablets and feel better and more alert. I think the tablets are very effective at correcting the vitamin deficiency; I can only be sure after my next blood test.Taking them is easy with some liquid.I appreciate that the supplement doesn't leave an unpleasant aftertaste.

I had the opportunity to test this product from Forme. The tablets are easy to swallow and you take them every two days. It's vegan, which is also important to me. You feel much better, your mood is much improved, and because of the higher dose, it seems to work faster than lower doses. I will only take these doses from now on.

I received "Vigantolvit Vitamin D3 4000 IU high dose" from forme as part of a product test.Since I have a medically diagnosed vitamin D deficiency, I've been taking such supplements for some time now, specifically a higher dose that only needed to be taken twice a month.Because of the long intervals, I often forgot to take it on time.That's why I prefer taking half a tablet daily, as I'm less likely to forget.Vigantolvit Vitamin D3 tablets are tasteless.I've tolerated them very well so far and haven't noticed any side effects.For this reason, I will likely continue using this supplement.

My blood test results weren't any better than in winter, despite summer and outdoor activities – but since taking Vigantolvit, they've normalized again.Small tablets, easy to swallow – perfect for me!

The tablets were provided to me by ForMe for testing purposes.I've been using them for about four weeks and feel much fitter than before.I can therefore highly recommend them. I've previously used other vitamin D3 tablets, but these tablets effectively correct my vitamin deficiency.I will continue testing them over a longer period.If I'm still convinced of their effectiveness, I will likely switch to this product.

The VIGANTOLVIT vitamin D3 tablets are quite small and therefore easy to swallow, and they're also vegan, which isn't always the case.An extra dose of vitamin D3 is especially great to have during the darker months.Since taking vitamin D3, I feel like I don't get sick as often, and if I do, I don't feel as weak.I also feel more energetic and fitter.

I had the opportunity to test the vitamin D supplement from Forme.Since I often have a deficiency, I've been able to achieve good results with this and replenish my vitamin D stores.The tablets are easy to dose and take.It's summer now, and I'm curious to see how my vitamin D levels will behave in winter while taking this supplement... I can't yet say.

I received these tablets to test and have been taking them for two weeks now.The recommended dosage of one tablet every other day can easily lead to missing a dose, but otherwise, they are a great size for swallowing.After these first two weeks, I haven't noticed any significant changes, neither positive nor negative, but I think that's to be expected after such a short time.I will definitely continue taking them and see how they get me through the autumn.
