It doesn’t help at all, and I also noticed that the capsules don’t dissolve at all!!! Don't waste money for no use !

i've been taking the capsules for 1.5 months and although I haven't lost much weight as others have reported, I have to say that I'm happy with the 3 kilos I've lost. will continue to take it
