I previously thought liquid astaxanthin was ideal, but this one is significantly more potent.After hearing many positive things about astaxanthin, I ordered this high-quality product.It was important to me that it was free of magnesium stearate and vegan.The capsules are transparent, which I really appreciate, as you can see the contents.This is a reddish-brown powder with a subtle odor.The capsules are relatively small.I take them preventively and for the peace of mind that I'm doing something good for my body.Since it's supposed to help with inflammation, I took the maximum dose for one day when my elbow/bursa started to hurt.The pain didn't worsen and disappeared.Whether this is directly related, of course, can't be determined with absolute certainty, but I will now take the capsules regularly whenever I experience inflammation.

I'm very happy with the astaxanthin capsules!They're relatively small and not too strong in taste, so they're easy to swallow.I take them to do something good for my skin, and I have to say I can already see a difference.It's a helpful supplement for so many things, and I wouldn't want to be without it.

When you first start taking it, you don't really feel any effect. It was only in extreme situations, like when you're eating a lot of cold food or taking a dip in ice water, that I noticed I was much more resilient.More robust.I haven't gotten sick since I started taking this product, and I'm absolutely thrilled.No more colds just because I left my jacket in the car. Even after a night out with lots of alcohol, I used to get sick the next day, but now with the astaxanthin, nothing at all, which I hadn't expected. I've been taking it every day for two weeks straight and can recommend it to everyone. Even in everyday life, I notice I have more strength and energy.
