I definitely notice a difference whether I take it or not.My performance is higher and my breathing is also improved, probably due to the mitochondrial support for my heart.I've tried stopping it several times, partly for financial reasons and also to test for a placebo effect – the conclusion is that Q10 really works.

A super low price for 200mg of Q10, yet "made in Germany".It's also very well tolerated.I used to take 100mg daily, but now I only take one capsule every other day, saving me a lot of money.

The capsules come in a handy container.They are easy to take with a little water.The capsules are small and easy to swallow. So, for anyone who wants to stay fit for a long time, I can recommend this high-dose Q10. The capsules do not contain magnesium stearate as an anti-caking agent. I can therefore recommend it because: - vegan - provides a high level of daily requirements - tasteless as it's a capsule - easy to swallow - excellent value for money - Made in Germany - Only 1 capsule per day - lasts 120 days

I've been taking Coensym Q10 regularly for several years, 200 mg per day, and have had great experiences! Coenzyme Q10 can actually be produced by the body itself, but after the age of 30, our bodies begin to produce less of this vital substance. It's good for the cardiovascular system, especially for people taking statins (cholesterol-lowering drugs). Q10 activates the immune system and strengthens the nerves. I do strength training regularly, and this product is very helpful for that too! My conclusion: 100% recommendation because: - High dose of 200 mg per capsule - that's excellent! - The package lasts for 4 months as a continuous supply. - Made in Germany - 120 capsules at a good price - Vegan, without allergens, flavors, or unnecessary additives.
