The order arrived very quickly, and I really appreciated the sticker on the package indicating that it should not be left with a neighbor. I don't think I should say too much about the effects, as they vary from person to person. I'm completely satisfied with the quality. I've been taking arginine for several years now, primarily for my heart health and secondly for sports.The recommended daily dose of 4.5g is fine, but I take a little more.I usually opt for powder because it's much cheaper, but this product is ideal for when I'm on the go.I find the added substances like piperine and selenium to be a nice bonus.However, they aren't really relevant in this dosage.Nevertheless, it's a good product.The price is right. They are easy to swallow and more or less tasteless.

Fast delivery.Well packaged.The tablets are easy to swallow. Since I've been doing strength training for a long time and have therefore been dealing with nutrition for quite a while, I tested this product.First of all, it's not exactly expensive; you get good quality for your money, and plenty of it. Secondly, it doesn't smell bad when you open it, unlike some other comparable products. The effect of arginine varies from person to person. This product worked well for me because my current pre-workout supplement doesn't contain enough arginine, so I take 3-4 capsules before training. All in all, I'm very satisfied and can recommend this product to everyone
