I think this product is great; I've tried others where I had to take four capsules a day to reach my desired level.These capsules are suitable for me as a vegan, and they don't contain the cheap magnesium stearate.I'd buy them again.

I bought this product because I heard it's supposed to boost fat metabolism, or rather, limit the amount of free fatty acids released after meals and prevent them from being stored as visceral or subcutaneous fat. In short, it's supposed to help with weight loss. The tablets are easy to swallow, the dosage is well-chosen, and I take them with a glass of water. That way, you hardly notice you've taken a tablet. As for the effect, I can say I'm pleasantly surprised; they're a good supplement to a normal diet. However, anyone who wants to lose weight primarily needs to create a calorie deficit. I'll also take this product as a supplement. I'm satisfied with the price-performance ratio.
