This supplement is important if you don't include enough fish in your diet.I think the capsules are great; they're highly concentrated, and one pack lasts for three months.The price-performance ratio is excellent too!

I bought this product because we're doing a metabolic reset program, and the capsules are essential for it.The capsules arrived very quickly and were well-packaged.They're easy to swallow with a little water and are tasteless.I can definitely recommend them.The price is great too.Unfortunately, I can't comment on the capsules' effectiveness yet, as I haven't been taking them long enough.

I've been taking Omega 3 regularly for years! The Omega 3 from Vitamize is very high-dose, with 400 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DPA per capsule. The container holds 90 softgel capsules.The packaging says to take only one capsule a day, but I take six!Of course, everyone has to decide for themselves how much to take. Another important aspect for me was that the product is completely free of genetically modified ingredients, pesticides, fungicides, artificial fertilizers, or other pollutants.Additionally, the product contains pure fish oil, which is why the capsules have a slight fishy smell—but that's normal! This product offers good value for money!
