I bought the R-Alpha Lipoic Acid capsules from Vitamaze for my father. These were recommended to him by his doctor. He has had diabetes and related neuropathy for 15 years. I think the R-ALPHA-LIPONIC ACID 200 mg high-dose vegan caps are very well dosed at 200 mg.
The capsules are easy to take and swallow without water.
They helped me a lot to boost my immune system in winter and as an antioxidant it also destroys free radicals in my body.
