The R-alpha-lipoic acid 200 mg high-dose vegan capsules are, in my opinion, very well dosed at 200 mg.
The capsules are easy to take and can be swallowed without water.
They helped me a lot in boosting my immune system during the winter, and as an antioxidant, they also neutralize free radicals in my body.
