Vitamin B is a complex of eight different substances, all of which contribute to improved well-being.These are riboflavin, thiamine, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin, pyridoxine, and methylcobalamin.You've probably heard of most of them, and they're also available separately as supplements.I find it easier to get this supplement. The effects of the individual components are so diverse that I won't explain them all here.Just do some research :)
