Instructions for use
We recommend consumption of one tablet Vitamaze Vitamin B12 1,000 μg daily with 1-2 each glasses of water (300-400ml). The tablets are uncoated and therefore also for the sublingual suitable for recording.

I'm very satisfied with this B12 vitamin supplement: the high dosage of vitamin B12 is, in my opinion, perfectly chosen.It's also great that you only need to take one tablet per day;with other manufacturers, this isn't always the case, which means the daily cost of such a supplement is ultimately higher.Here, however, you get a product that lasts for a full six months.I also think it's worth mentioning that the tablets are vegan – a significant factor these days.Overall, I can highly recommend these vitamin B12 tablets!

Recent studies suggest taking 500-1000 mcg of vitamin B12 daily as a course of treatment to strengthen the immune system and combat fatigue.Since both of these apply to me, I ordered these capsules.They are easy to swallow.I've been taking one capsule a day for a few weeks now (three a day seems like too much), and I feel fitter and more energetic. The container lasts for three months.I think that's good value for money. I can recommend it.

I bought this product because I'm currently under a lot of stress at work.Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to poor concentration and fatigue. To prevent this, I've recently started taking vitamin B12 regularly.I feel more alert and energetic throughout the day. The vitamin B12 comes in small tablets that are easy to swallow; I take them with a glass of water.One tablet every other day is sufficient for my needs. Considering the size of the package, the price-performance ratio is absolutely satisfactory. A great product.

Vitamin B12 plays a crucial role in numerous metabolic processes.It is particularly important for the formation of red blood cells and the function of the nervous and immune systems.It is frequently prescribed or recommended for persistent fatigue and lack of energy – and that's exactly what happened to my husband, for whom I ordered these tablets.He's been taking them for a week now and says he feels more energetic.As I've read, the form in which the vitamin B12 is present is crucial for effective bodily function.Methylcobalamin, which this supplement contains, is said to have the highest bioavailability of all forms.The high dose of 1,000 µg is – as I understand it – not intended for continuous use, but rather for a course of treatment lasting 3-6 months (but recommendations for dietary supplements vary considerably anyway).What I also always look for is that the supplements are manufactured according to high quality standards (in this case: Made in Germany) and that they are free of unnecessary additives such as magnesium stearate.I think the price-performance ratio is fair.
