The tablets are great for supplying B vitamins, such as vitamin B6, B9 and B12. I can imagine that vegans in particular could benefit from the tablets. I currently eat a vegetarian diet and therefore still get vitamin B12 from dairy products or eggs, but the tablets are ideal for additional supply.
