Since I eat a predominantly vegetarian diet, I have a vitamin D3 deficiency all the time, but especially in winter. As a precaution and because I often had colds in the past, I now take vitamin D3. I like the depot solution, I don't want to have to take a "tablet" every day. The pack size is also great for this price, I was able to take care of it for my mother as well. Corona has hardly left the house for almost a year and of course doesn't get any more sunlight.

What I also always pay attention to is that the NEM are manufactured according to high quality standards (here: in Germany) and that they are free of unnecessary additives and fillers. Now the things that I don't like and which is why I will order another preparation in the future: The surface of the tablets is quite rough, which makes them difficult to swallow. Then some of the tablets were already crumbled upon delivery. And: It contains 180 tablets, of which you should take one tablet every 20 days. The tablets would therefore last for 3,600 days (!), which means almost 10 years (!). However, the best before date is 02/2021. Find the mistake! So if you want to use the tablets before the expiry date, do you have to share them with several people?
