The capsules provide me with additional vitamin K2.I'm vegan, so getting enough vitamin K1 isn't usually a problem, but vitamin K2 is mainly found in animal products.I'm glad that these capsules allow me to meet my needs for this important vitamin.

It arrived quickly (as usual), and my first impression was very positive.That impression remains, and here's why. This product contains not only the important K2 Mk7 but also K1 and K2-Mk4, which is great. I can therefore recommend it because: - vegan - provides a high level of daily requirements - tasteless as it's a capsule - easy to swallow - excellent value for money - Made in Germany - contains everything - only 1 capsule per day - lasts 120 days

Affordable and economical.This small container of Q10 provides a four-month supply of capsules.The capsules are tasteless and odorless and very easy to swallow, making them ideal for daily use.I especially appreciate that the capsules are vegan, meaning they don't contain gelatin shells.
